  • 1 Tbsp of Newgrange Gold Camellia Oil
  • 1/2 cup of Irish porridge oats
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened Almond milk or you can substitute with Cow’s milk (not dairy-free)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp Bourbon vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp local Honey
