• 1 cup all purpose flour or in this case we are gonna use wholemeal flour (Spooned and Levelled)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • Half teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Camelina “Wild Flax” oil – helps reduce cholesterol
  • 1 large egg


1. Mix all the ingredients together with a whisk
2. Add tbs Camelina Wild Flax Oil into frying pan to coat the base
3. Pour in enough pancake mixture to lightly coat the base of your frying pan
4. Once the pancake starts to show air bubbles, either flip or turn over with spatula and cook the other side
