• 3 egg yolks
  • Cupful of Newgrange Gold Garden Herbs & Lemon Oil (or any of our oils that you fancy)
  • Pinch salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp mustard to taste
  • Squeeze of lemon to taste
  • Squeeze of vinegar


  1. Whisk everything together adding the oil to the egg yolk slowly to avoid curdling. Enjoy!
