Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- Cupful of Newgrange Gold Garden Herbs & Lemon Oil (or any of our oils that you fancy)
- Pinch salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp mustard to taste
- Squeeze of lemon to taste
- Squeeze of vinegar
Method
- Whisk everything together adding the oil to the egg yolk slowly to avoid curdling. Enjoy!
