This is a super quick recipe by Clare Wilkinson for a classic dressing with Newgrange Gold Rapeseed Oil to have made-up ready to use over the summer. Just yummy!
- 100ml Newgrange Gold Rapeseed Oil
- 50ml cider vinegar
- 50ml balsamic vinegar
- 1tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp (large dollop) honey
- Twist freshly ground salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients into a bottle or jar. Place the lid on tightly. Drizzle over salads.
