This is a super quick recipe by Clare Wilkinson for a classic dressing with Newgrange Gold Rapeseed Oil to have made-up ready to use over the summer. Just yummy!


  • 100ml Newgrange Gold Rapeseed Oil
  • 50ml cider vinegar
  • 50ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp (large dollop) honey
  • Twist freshly ground salt and pepper to taste


Put all ingredients into a bottle or jar. Place the lid on tightly. Drizzle over salads.
